The property lies in Gualdo, a charming village upon the hills of Lucca dating back to the 1400’s. Within the town, visitors will find a quiet atmosphere. Along with a church, at the town’s main square there is also a restaurant where visitors can enjoy dining al fresco during the summer period. Not far from the area is the beautiful Versilia zone, the Apuan Alps and the historical cities Lucca and Pisa.

Conveniently located 980 m (3168 ft) from Pedona, Italy and only 12 km (7 mi) from Viareggio. Experience the Tuscan coast, it's just a short distance to the sea from the holiday rental (4 km 2 mi).
The villa is accessible on foot from the parking area by a track of approx. 250m. The villa owners will assist you with your luggage when you arrive.
When you arrive you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the sea and the mountains ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. After a busy day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. Also available outdoors are a patio and barbecue grill.
