Poor 2 /5Very nice outside area with great pool and garden space. Extemly quiet area and lovley owner who is very helpful. Even though we can't recommend the Villa as the house itself was far beyond our expectations if you compare with the pictures you see online. The house is old and too many things that should be done. Lower part of the house has too much moisture and the kitchen is in a very bad condition. Due to this moisture and its smell
the lower part of the house was for us with a little baby not tolerable so we decided to use only the upper flat. The upper apartment is very small and if you want to use the kitchen the water is not draining and most of the time there's no hot water to wash the dishes so we had to clean them in the bathroom instead. Further to that the overall cleanliness was really poor. The house definitely needs some lift ups because in that condition we would not return.
[counter comment from the owner] The guests never said anything until check out about the kitchen upstairs so we had no possibility to resolve the problem as we knew nothing about it. We will start 2020 with the house renewal which I will check with good care.
