Excellent 5 /5We stayed at Villa Lavacchio in 2010 and returned this year for 2 weeks. It is a beautiful property and the location near Montalcino is spectacular. Very private with wonderful views of nearby Camigliano and Banfi Castle. It is a very comfortable villa with lots of space for a group to spread out. The pool is located on a hill overlooking the villa and the nearby valleys, and is a great vantage point for spectacular sunsets. The caretaker of the property, Tiziana, is wonderful and also a great cook. I highly recommend this property and will continue to return for my holidays in Tuscany.
