Beautiful, especially the gardens which are completely private. Everything was fine. You approach the property through security gates at the bottom of the garden, where there's a driveway to a parking area. Didn't use the pool - too cold for us. Wife managed to lock us out and the host was happy to come let us back into the villa. Very peaceful & tranquil. Wish we had longer! A stunning tuscan paradise!

If coming from Pisa, when you take the left hand slip road after the final bridge just BEFORE marginone, take the next right, then the next right. You will see signs for Casa Fontanino.
