Das Haus liegt zwischen Volterra und San Gimignano, also im Herzen der Toskana. Obwohl es direkt an der Schnellstraße liegt ist es sehr ruhig. Das Haus selbst ist sehr großzügig - wir waren als 2 Familien (je 4 Personen) angereist und haben viele Ecken gar nicht genutzt. Insgesamt hatten wir 5 Schlafzimmer mit insg. 12 Betten plus Kinderbett. Tolle, große Wohnküche (die recht "Basic" ausgestattet ist). die Einrichtung war nicht neu, aber alles sehr sauber und funktionstüchtig. Jeden Morgen kommt der Besitzer vorbei, sieht rund um das Haus nach dem Rechten, pflegt den Pool, gießt die Pflanzen und begrüßt die Frühaufsteher mit einem "Buon giorno". Persönlich und per What's app ist er für alle Themen der Ansprechpartner und super nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Wochenmitte gab es frische Handtücher, ansonsten steht auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Kinder konnten sich im Garten und am Pool richtig austoben.

The house is located between Volterra and San Gimignano, in the heart of Tuscany. Although it is right on the freeway, it is very quiet. The house itself is very spacious - we were 2 families (each 4 people) and did not use many corners. In total we had 5 bedrooms with a total of 12 beds plus cot. Great, large eat-in kitchen (which is quite "basic" equipped). The decor was not new, but everything was very clean and functional. Every morning the owner comes by, looks around the house that everything is right, maintains the pool, pours the plants and greets the early bird with a "Buongiorno". Personally and via What's app he is the contact person for all topics and very nice and helpful. In the middle of the week there were fresh towels, otherwise there is also a washing machine available. We all enjoyed it very much. The kids could play much in the garden and by the pool.
