Excellent 5 /5Poggio Del Sole was, without doubt, the perfect villa for us. The location was wonderful. We did not have a car, but was not a problem to walk but also there is shuttle bus that picks up right outside the villa. The restaurant across the street was convenient and a nice selection of menu items. The villa was just wonderful and had a very quaint feel to it. Each morning we woke up, threw open the shutters and enjoyed the magnificent views. Perfect for the 2 of us, but will accommodate upto 6 people. Cell phone would be recommended to keep in touch, as I had an international phone card, but did not work from the public phones in Cortona.
