This is an ideal option for a small stand alone self contained villa.
Very peaceful quiet location surrounded by farmers - vineyards and olive groves. Great spot handy to San Gimignano
There is really no separate lounge - it is s small cramped low ceiling area that did not get used so we lived in the kitchen, dining area or outside.
