Excellent 5 /5Very well equipped villa. Quiet location for privacy but convenient for day trips. We visited Rome (long day!), Florence, Sienna on one day trips. Lots of room for our party of 10 people. Villa and grounds were well-cared for and the owner was very helpful. All in all, great experience and we would stay again. The only suggestion we have is better directions. The villa is very tough to find with a small sign. A GPS address or co-ordinate would be very helpful. Thankfully the owner was able to meet us to guide owner.
