Two parking spaces inside. Barbecue available for guests.
It is located in quiet place.

The garden is watered twice a week by the owners.

The center of Piano di Mommio with all shops and a small supermarket is about 500 meters from the House.

Interior Description

The holiday home is furnished in a rustic style and is very well maintained.
Once entered, on the right is the dining area with table and chairs and kitchen with oven, coffee machine, 5 burner hob, extractor hood, fridge and freezer.

The living room has a sofa, an armchair and satellite TV (astra).

Down the hall, on the left is a bedroom with double bed and single bed. On the right is another double bedroom.
In front of the hall instead there is the spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.

Small sized Pets allowed.
All windows have Mosquitonets.
