Property Description

Podere Maria is a farm located in Crespina, not far from Pisa or Livorno in Tuscany.
This small farm belongs to a local family for generations and is being rented for holidays.

It is placed in a nice and quiet green area with a lot of plants, flowers, olive trees, etc surrounding it.

One enters through the main gate and you will immediatly find the common Swimming Pool on the left side and then you reach the parking.
Each holiday apartment in this farm has a parking place and a small piece of garden (not fenced or enclosed).
The other 5000 sqm of land is for common use and you can let your child play there or go for a walk.

This place offers a wonderful view over the area, a pizza oven, WIFI Internet and a swimming pool.

The swimming pool offers to the guests sunbeds and umberellas, also an outside shower.
The pool is open from May till end of September.

The guests can also choose to visit the most important places in this area such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca or have a nice day on the beach which can be reached in half an hour.

The farm consists of 4 Holiday Apartment which are rented, a smaller one for the Owners and one which is not inhabited. Near the pool is a common washing machine.
