A beautiful property with its own pool, not far from the town of Montaione, roughly 45 km from Florence. This rental is comprised of 4 units, one of which is in a detached house while the other three are in a farmhouse located very nearby. Outside sits a lovely swimming pool for shared use by guests of the four units along with a fenced garden.
Each rental is comfortably furnished and offers a private outside space equipped for outdoor dining. Rental of all four units together would mean the use of the pool becomes private. About 4 km away, the owners of Le Colline have another property which has a tennis court and a seasonal vegetable garden, both of which guests are welcome to use.
The location of this property is ideal for easy visiting of the many beautiful towns and places that Tuscany offers such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence, Siena, the Chianti wine-making area and the Tuscan coast.
A tarmac driveway, bordered with trees, accesses the property.
Distances: Montaione, offering a variety of shops is roughly 3,5 km away, while guests can find Gambassi at a distance of 8 km, San Gimignano 20 km, Volterra 30 km, Florence 45 km, Siena 60 km and Cecina mare on the Tuscan coast is at a distance of roughly 70 km.
Available to guests: Large outdoor areas, swimming pool (14 x 7 m – minimum depth 1,1m – maximum depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), laundry room with two washing machines (free use). Option to use the concrete tennis court located at the La Valle property, approx. 4 km away. Also taking part at the La Valle property, from mid-June to mid-September, the owners treat their guests to an aperitif accompanied with live music.

Any of the twin bedrooms can be transformed into double rooms, once requested during booking.
The final cleaning expense is included in the cost and in the case of a booking of two or more consecutive weeks, a cleaning service and change of bed linen can take place on a Saturday.
Extra services: Children’s cots. Housekeeper available upon request. There is a telephone available in each of the apartments, charged for depending on usage. Opportunities to purchase products from agricultural businesses such as wine, oil, grappa etc.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge.

This villa is a gem in Tuscany! Beautiful location and a large well equipped villa made our stay memorable. Service from David and Simone was first class. Short drive to town for groceries and wine! Lovely pool, gardens. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Would love to come back again for a longer stay. Highly recommend this place. It is known as Fignano, at 163 Via Le Colline. Instructions that came with the reservation were missing this info.

Bei der Entscheidung zur Buchung erhielten wir vom Veranstalter zügig Rückmeldung.

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, kleines Kind und Hund.
Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Wir waren von den anderen Gästen im eigenen Aussenbereich komplett ungestört.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr groß, die Bäder ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Alles ist sehr stimmig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Obwohl es keine Klimaanlage gibt, war es bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur angenehm zu schlafen.
In der Mitte der Woche gab es neue Hand- und Geschirrtücher und Tischdecke!
Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet u.a. mit Espressokanne, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls sehr gemütlich, es stehen dort drei extra Liegestühle zur Verfügung.

Der Vermieter ist täglich für einige Stunden vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir würden gerne wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.
