Appartamento Beatrice is located in an old hamlet on a hilltop in the heart of the Chianti region.

This property offers visitors the beauty of the local area, known worldwide for its history, natural resources, and delicious food and wine.

Appartamento Beatrice has a pool, perfect for relaxing with friends, and a large garden with a barbecue area. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and oak forests, it gives a true feel of the countryside.

Guests are greeted by the stunning views of the landscape all around. From the hill, you can see the different sides of the Chianti region, both natural and artistic, including the Romanesque church of St. Peter in Cedda and the valley of the Elsa River.

The house is located on the border of Siena and Florence, which adds to its charm, recalling the historical rivalry between these two cities.

The hilltop location offers great views over the surrounding landscape. Cities like Siena, San Gimignano, Florence, and Volterra are just a short drive away.

The small villages and Romanesque country churches nearby can be easily reached by relaxing walks through the Chianti hills.

At guests' disposal:
The pool (10x5 m) is shared with other 3 apartments and it is situated at about 30 meters from the apartment. Private garden, fully furnished terrace, barbecue facilities, dishwasher, hair dryer, toaster, washing machine, sat TV, cot and high chair on request (free), iron and ironing board, CD player, American coffee machine, Parking on the grounds.

Distances:
San Donato in Poggio 8 km; Siena 25 km; San Gimignano 30 km; Florence 45 km; Pisa 100 km. Rome 250 km.

Access to the house by car: 3 km via an unpaved road, not suitable for sports cars.

First floor:
A spacious bedroom with three single beds, a small loft with one additional single bed (available on request, free of charge), and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also features a private garden with a table, chairs, and a barbecue.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 60 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 60 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 61 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

positief : zeer rustige ligging boven op een berg. Weinig andere gasten aanwezig. Midden in de natuur met herten en everzwijnen.
negatief : 5 ( ! ) km lange en moeilijk berijdbare zandweg ernaartoe. Vooral lage auto's hebben het daar moeilijk mee. Keuken was niet proper ( vuile glazen, vuil gasvuur,...) De rest was ok qua properheid.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] positive: very quiet location on top of a mountain. Few other guests present. Surrounded by nature with deer and wild boar.
negative: 5 (!) km long and difficult to drive sandy access road. Low cars in particular have a hard time with that. Kitchen was not clean (dirty glasses, dirty gas fire, ...) The rest was ok in terms of cleanliness.

Nous avons adoré l'endroit calme et reposant, perdu au milieu du chianti.
La maison est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont supers, la piscine très agréable.
Les propriétaires nous ont parfaitement accueillis et renseignés sur les environs.
Seule la route est un peu galère: les 2 derniers kilomètres sont un peu difficiles mais cela vaut le coup.
Nous recommandons chaudement.
