Beautiful farmhouse with pool situated in quiet and panoramic location amidst hills and vineyards in the Chianti Classico region. This villas was carefully restored with its original architectural features such as terracotta-tiled floors, beamed ceilings and stone walls preserved. The location of this property is ideal for those who want to enjoy the peace of the Tuscan landscape and at the same time wish to visit the charming little villages of the Chianti area (Greve, Castellina, Radda, Gaiole ecc…) and the beautiful art cities of the region such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano.
The property owner, a nice and friendly lady, lives on the premises.
The access to the property is an unpaved but well-maintained road.
