Welcoming accommodation situated in panoramic location on the Tuscan hills, a short distance away from the small town of Greve, in the heart of the Chianti region. This apartment is in a small ancient hamlet of houses and has been recently restored with its original architectural features preserved. The interiors are nicely furnished in a typical Tuscan style and the outside offers a personal private area furnished with chairs and table.
The location of this property is ideal to enjoy the Tuscan country-side and at the same time to access easily the beautiful art cities of the area (Florence, Siena, San Gimignano) and all of the charming country villages such as Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole, Radda…

Ein hübsches Haus auf einem Hügel in einem kleinen Weiler, absolut ruhige Lage mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Im Herzen des Chianti Classico-Gebietes, sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge von Florenz bis Siena, San Giminiano und am weitesten waren wir in Volterra (ca. 1,5 Autostunden)
Die Fotos sind aktuell, Küche ist gut eingerichtet, Backofen funktioniert! Wir waren über Neujahr dort und es war sehr kalt (Temperaturen unter 0°). Das Haus ist schwer zu beheizen im Winter; Gasheizung ist sehr teuer (wir wurden von den Besitzern aber vorher informiert). Für die warme Jahreszeit sehr zu empfehlen. Besitzer Simone ist ein sehr guter Handwerker und war sofort zur Stelle, als eine Leitung gefroren war.
Nächstes Dorf Greve in Chianti sehr hübsch, dort gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im Weiler sind Wein- und Olivenbauern, man kann direkt bei ihnen einkaufen. Guter Wein! Trotz Kälte hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A pretty house on a hill in a small hamlet, absolutely quiet location with great views. In the heart of the Chianti Classico area, very well located for trips to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra where we were the most (about 1,5 hour drive).
The photos are up to date, the kitchen is well equipped, the oven works! We stayed over New Year and it was very cold (temperatures below 0 °). The house is hard to heat in winter; the gas heating is very expensive (we were anyway informed by the owners about that at our arrival). The property is very much recommended for the warm season. The owner Simone is a very good craftsman and was immediately on the spot when a pipe was frozen.
The nearest village Greve in Chianti very pretty with good shopping facilities. In the hamlet are vineyards and olive growers, you can buy directly from them. Good wine! Despite the cold we loved all very much.

A gorgeous, comfortable, quiet villa set high atop a hill with views forever ... vineyards, olive trees ... beautiful, friendly people. On arriving the owner drove down to the Esso in Greve to lead us up (very hard to find in the dark) and gave us a bottle of his wine and olive oil. The villa is very spacious (two floors) with a beautiful courtyard in front and a large terrace overlooking the villages below and Florence far off in the distance. Every, single element of this experience was extremely positive. Lovely kitchen, bath, sitting room, fireplace, and bedrooms. Totally wonderful, thank you!

Wir haben in dem Haus Casa Allinuzza einen sehr erholsamen und guten Urlaub erlebt. Der Service, die Ansprechpartner waren immer für uns da. Das Haus ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und bietet insbesondere durch das Fenster im Wohnbereich einen schönen Ausblick in die Hügellandschaft. Wir haben in dem Dorf Freunde gewonnen und wären sehr gerne noch geblieben. Wir würden jederzeit dieses Haus wieder anmieten und freuen uns schon auf einen neuen Besuch.

Cozy and charming location for those expecting to stay tucked away in Chianti. The views from the living room are great. The owner was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend stocking up on snacks and breakfast items to avoid making frequent visits into town - about 6 km away.

Die Fereinwohnung Allinuzza war sehr schön gelegen, mit einem herrlichen Ausblick weit ins Land. Wir wohnten dort 1 Woche zu dritt (2 Erwachsene und eine 18-jährige Tochter)Am Abend sah man in der Ferne die Lichter von Florenz. Von Allinuzza aus haben wir täglich Ausflüge in die malerische Umgebung der Toskana unternommen. Die Wohnung war stilvoll und mit allem Kompfort eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben nichts vermisst. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wären die Terrassenmöbel. Der Tisch und die 4 Stühle aus Plastik waren äußerst unschön und unbequem, die Liege war auch nicht mehr schön. Schade eigentlich, weil man in lauen Sommernächten so gerne draußen sitzt! Aber ansonsten würden wir das Appartment gerne all unseren Freunden empfehlen. Man kann auf Grund der Größe und der zwei räumlich getrennten Schlafzimmer auch gut mit 4 Personen in Allinuzza wohnen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, sprach aber nur englisch. Es hat alles gut geklappt.

We stayed there 1 week, three of us (2 adults and a 18-year-old daughter). In the evening we saw in the distance the lights of Florence. We have made ​​daily trips to the picturesque surroundings of Tuscany. The apartment was stylishly furnished and equipped with all comfort. We felt very comfortable. The only criticism would be the patio furniture. The table and 4 plastic chairs were extremely uncomfortable and unattractive. Too bad, because we love to sit outside on summer nights! But otherwise, we would like to recommend this apartment to all our friends. Because of the size and the two spatially well separated bedrooms, also 4 people would fit in Allinuzza. The landlord was very nice, but spoke only English. Everything worked out well.

Terrific views, but chairs for kitchen table uncomfortable, and unit only has a couch for 2 people to sit inside. Simone eager and willing to make stay enjoyable but language was a bit of an issue

le couchage n'est pas bon ,on sent les ressorts du matelas.
Pas de fer à repasser.
pas d'eau potable au robinet,il faut faire bouillir.
L'endroit est cependant charmant.

The Casa Allinuzza looked exactly as it was on the photos.
It is very well located to explore Siena, Florence, and all the small villages surrounding and there are breathtaking views to the vineyards and the olive trees.
The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was clean and spacious.
In the bedroom, there was a very comfortable 4 posters bed.
Breathtaking view to the wineyards and the olive trees.
Silvia was very kind and helpful and we purchased some of their wine and olive oil at the end of our stay.
