House located about 200 m from the Castle.
First floor ( 200 sqm)
Big and charming country villa for 10 people with breath-taking views of the woods, vineyards and olive groves of the farm, situated in a very peaceful location. Surrounded by a large private garden with garden furniture.
There is a shared 10x20mt swimming pool nearby.
From the external stairs you reach the nice loggia that opens onto the large living room with huge typical fire place, couches, long table, typical ancient tuscan forniture; the kitchen is comfortable and well furnished with dishwasher, new fridge with freezer; oven; coffee maker; toaster; table with chairs, while washing machine is on the ground floor.
Five large bedrooms; 2 doubles and 3 twins
3 bathrooms with shower (one of which ensuite).

Top-Lage, sehr verträumt und romantisch, dennoch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc gut erreichbar (ca 7 Autominuten). Absolut gute Ausstattung und großzügige Zimmer mit zentralem Gemeinschaftsraum und Küche sowie riesen Garten mit überdachtem Freisitz. Freundlicher Empfang und Einführung in die Gesamtanlage im Umfeld des ehemaligen Schlösschens. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber (auch die Poolanlage !). Wir haben den Familienaufenthalt mit insgesamt 10 Personen (Großeltern, Eltern, Enkel) sehr genossen, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, jederzeit gerne wieder !

We loved staying at the Palazzo, our accommodation was lovely itself but having the run of the grounds was an added bonus. To make it perfect, it would have been great to have some outside lighting - it was hard to see if meat was done on the barbeque in the dark! Also the internet mentioned as being available by the pool was very flaky but that may have been due to a big storm. Having a TV/DVD player would have helped a lot with my elderly mother in the evenings as well. But these are small things. We had a fabulous time, Carmen and Ionel (spelling?) were lovely and we would love to come again!
