Beautiful and elegant villa situated in quiet position on the hills around the Cerbaie area, a wooden area with stone pines and ancient oaks. The villa is on a large estate and offers wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. The house is tastefully furnished and provides all comforts. Guests staying at Villa Assia can enjoy use of several facilities (all of which available on the estate) such us horse-back riding, a restaurant, 2 tennis courts and a wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi.

In the neighbouring area there are also several outlets where you can buy leather articles, such as jackets, bags and shoes.
At guests’ disposal: large park equipped with garden furniture, private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – depth 1,4 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09 - closed after 19.30). Washing machine available.
