Ancient farmhouse in a panoramic position. Collina dei Fiori is the result of a painstaking restructuring of an old country house situated in an extremely panoramic position. There is a main building and an attractive outbuilding. This beautiful property is at the top of a hillside covered in age-old olive trees and woods, with lots of small roadways clambering here and there along the jagged ridges and opening unexpectedly onto splendid views. The complete panorama shows a seemingly endless floral-patterned garden whose colours change with the passing of the seasons.

Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona, Arezzo and the nearby Trasimeno Lake. A short drive will take you to Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona and Arezzo. Close by is Lake Trasimeno, the largest of the central Italian lakes, with its beaches, islands and numerous hilltop townships enchantingly set into the natural beauty of a still-untouched landscape.

Pool, outdoor fenced spaces and tennis court. The house is decorated elegantly and with comfort and is equipped with satellite TV, gazebo, garden furniture and barbecue. In the garden in a sunny position there is a beautiful fenced 5 x 10 m swimming pool (depth 1,20-2,20 m). Shaded car spot.
A few hundred meters far from the house there is a private tennis court (dim. 18X36 mt.) to be shared only with the clients of the house VILLA DEGLI OLIVI and CASALE IL TRECENTO. The property is entierely fenced with net (1,20 mt high) and 100% pet friendly.
