The medieval small town of Campagnatico stands in a panoramic position, in the center of the coloured Tuscan Maremma, about 25 km from the sea, near to the slopes of the Amiata mountain and the Brunello area. In the neighbourhod, among the green tuscan hills rich of olive trees, vineyards and woods, the old house of S. Maria, has been recently restored and transformed into four apartments and the owner's house. The apartments are surrounded by a spacious garden, equipped with outdoor furniture and sun umbrellas, where the swimmig-pool of 6 x 12 mt - 0,90 - 1,50 mt, has been installed. The essential colours are the intensive green of spring and the golden yellow of summer.

Sightseeing tours and Tyrrhenian coast only 25 km away. The numerous sightseeing tours, easily accessible in the neighbourhood and rich in etruscan, roman and feudal art are enhanced by the wonderful and extended Tirrenian Coast, by the spectacular Islands of the Argentario, by the natural park of Uccellina and by the elegant thermal resorts. Guests will have communal use of the laundry room with washing-machine, iron and spacious living-room. On request the owner can prepare the breakfast and typical dinners.

Wonderful location in the middle of wild Maremma. The ideal point to relax in the park of the swimming pool or visit the magnificient medieval villages of south Tuscany. In the area close to the SantaMaria Agritourism you can find good restaurants with local dishes, good wines and good olive oil. You can easily reach beatiful beaches and the national park of maremma. The straordinary courtesy of the owner is the last notation of our fantastic vacation in Maremma. The appartments are furnished with style of maremma’s country house, clean and hospitable.
