Breakage deposit Euro 150 per apartment (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Obligatory final cleaning: Nobile, Girasole, Cipresso and Belvedere Euro 50 per apartment, Dolce Dormire, Sanguineto and Loggina Euro 80 per apartment.
Heating Euro 2 per hour per apartment (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
If ordered in advance swimming towels available on payment of Euro 5 each.
Baby bed available on request on payment of Euro 5 per day.
Tourist tax Euro 2,50 per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
