A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and 1 room with 2 beds. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves the upper floor. Please note that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
