Property Description
Beautiful independent villa with private garden situated in the centre of Camucia, only a few kilometers away from the lovely medieval town of Cortona. This house, dating back to 19th century, is elegantly furnished with antique pieces and it offers cozy interiors. The garden surrounding the villa is well-kept and completely fenced for full privacy.
Distances: Camucia with all kinds of shops and railway station only a few meters away, Cortona 3 km away, Perugia 45 km, Siena 80 km away. Lake Trasimeno is a 15-minute drive.
At guests’ disposal: large fenced garden furnished with tables, sun umbrellas and sun chairs. Private swimming-pool (5,5 x 3 m - min. depth 1 m - max. depth 1,5 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09). Laundry. WI-FI internet connection available (free of charge).
Parking within the grounds.

We enjoyed our stay very much, but we missed a few items, like: hairdryer, blankets, microwave owen and taps in the both bathrooms should be replaced.

Beautiful old home! Everyone enjoyed the pool since the weather was so hot! Even the doves came by for a drink!We never used the dining room since eating out side was so nice. A small microwave oven would have been helpful in the kitchen.Perhaps having a hairdryer available would have helped. The downstairs bathroom shower leakes. We especially enjoyed the Thursday Market in the town, and it was a very walkable town. Sweet little town of Camucia and Cortona was beautiful, we also loved the beautiful fields of sunflowers.

This is not the first time we have rented from the owners of Primula. They are such a pleasure! We hope to return. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We loved how close it is to town, yet it is secluded. We miss the rose garden. It was so beautiful.

My two daughters and I were very impressed with Lucia and Enrico's family home and it was lovely to hear about the history of Primula. Our hosts were very gracious and helpful insisting on picking us up at the Station and returning us there after our time there. It would have been lovely to have been able to stay longer but our time was limited. The property was clean and inviting with lovely outdoor gardens where we could relax. The roses were just coming into bloom and we could imagine how lovely it would look when in full bloom. The shopping centre and banking were close by. We took a bus trip to Cortona which was most enjoyable. Please thank Lucia and Enrico for allowing us to stay in their wonderful family home. We told them we would love to see them if they ever visited Australia.
