Share of a former barn which has been recently restored, situated in panoramic location on the hills between Florence and Siena enjoying extensive views over the surrounding landscape. This apartment offers comfortable and nicely furnished interiors and provides a private outdoor area equipped with a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The guests of “Borghetto” can also enjoy use of a common room available for dinners and breakfasts (to be arranged on request) and also of the beautiful swimming poolof the next Farmhouse. The location of this property, midway between Florence and Siena, is ideal to visit the most beautiful corners of the Chianti area.
The access to the house is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of circa 500 m.
Distances: Barberino Val D’Elsa with all kinds of shops is 2 km away, Florence approx. 40 km, Siena 35 km away, the charming town of San Gimignano 18 km away, Volterra 42 km.
At guests’ disposal: private furnished outdoor area in front of the apartment, swimming-pool (10 x 5 m - depth 1,40 m) to be shared with the guests of 5 bedrooms which are on the same estate.
Parking within the grounds. The apartment is provided with mosquito nets.

Virkelig dejlig ferielejlighed med skøn beliggenhed.
Søde og venlige ejere (søn og mor) - moderen gav kage en dag, og forærede vores datter en tegnefilm - så går man da op I at lejere har det godt !
SKØN udsigt fra den dejlige pool.
Eneste minus var udlejers søster/datter der en dag havde inviteret 3 veninder til poolen, hvor de spillede musik I flere timer - lidt ærgeligt når man gerne vil ligge roligt ved poolen.
Men OK - det var vitterligt det eneste negative, så det ER et godt sted !!!!!

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL POOL.
Only minus was the landlord's sister / daughter who had one day invited 3 girlfriends to the pool where they played music for several hours - a little bit offended when you would like to have fun at the pool.

Genauso wie man sich eine Casa Rustico vorstellt. Wir wurden von Carla nach einer langen Fahrt herzlichst begrüßt und fühlten uns sofort zu Hause. Die Mitbenutzung des Pools war auch großartig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen. Sie liegt optimal zwischen Florenz und Siena in einem traumhaften Tal. Alles ist sehr gut erreichbar.Top.
