Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, ensuring you remain connected during your stay. A private parking area is available on the estate, and an electric vehicle charging station is also provided for guests travelling with electric cars, billed on consumption. The surrounding yard, with its well-maintained lawn and wide stone-paved areas, invites you to enjoy the natural beauty of the Tuscan countryside at your own pace.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa La Casina are thoughtfully designed to make the most of the property's natural setting and panoramic views. The estate covers approximately 2,000 sqm, of which around 1,000 sqm are flat, featuring a well-kept lawn and generous stone-paved areas bordered by low stone walls that lend the grounds an authentic rural character. Adjacent to the villa, a covered porch provides a welcoming sitting area, seamlessly connected to the interior living spaces and ideal for relaxing in the shade. A short distance from the porch, a dedicated dining area equipped with a stone table and seating is accessible via a few steps, offering a charming setting for outdoor meals surrounded by nature.

The swimming pool is positioned just a few meters from the villa, on the same level, and is easily reached via the paved surface. Rectangular in shape and measuring 12 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.20 metres, the pool features a PVC interior lining with an external stone border and surrounding area. Access is provided via a staircase on the short side of the pool. The water is treated through a saltwater filtration system, and the pool is equipped with a motorized electric cover for added safety and convenience. A nighttime lighting system comprising 4 underwater lamps and external garden lights ensures the pool area remains atmospheric after sunset. The sunbathing area is furnished with loungers, umbrellas, and deck chairs, while an outdoor solar shower is also available. Immediately adjacent to the pool, a built-in stone barbecue and a brick-built wood oven complete the outdoor entertaining facilities. Please note that the pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. As photographs of the property were taken in spring, the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you find upon arrival.

The interior is arranged to offer a fluid and well-connected living experience. Upon entering, a welcoming entrance hall provides direct access to the living room, which in turn opens onto the covered porch with its sitting area, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The fully equipped kitchen is also connected to the porch and features a dining table, making it an ideal space for both cooking and casual dining. The sleeping area comprises 2 double bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, while the second double bedroom is served by a separate bathroom, also with a shower. The property therefore offers 2 bathrooms in total. A laundry room is conveniently located in an external room adjacent to the main living space.

Pets are welcome at the property, subject to the conditions outlined in the relevant section. The rental rate includes weekly linen changes as well as initial and final cleaning of the property. Utilities, including electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use and hot water, are also included in the rate.

The property is protected by an electric gate, ensuring privacy and security throughout your stay. The villa has been inspected by a technical manager to verify the accuracy of the description, the listed accessories, and their current condition and state of maintenance.

Regarding the pet policy, 1 small pet is permitted at the property. A mandatory extra cleaning fee applies for guests travelling with animals.

With respect to financial guarantees, this property operates under a Zer0Dep scheme, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either upon balance or upon arrival. Instead, EuropAssistance coverage is provided in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations set out in the policy terms.
