Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Terrazza sulla Valle are as carefully considered as the interiors, offering a variety of settings for relaxation and al fresco dining. The main access gate leads directly to the private parking area, which connects to the ground floor of the villa via a flight of iron stairs. At the top of the stairs, to the left, lies the garden complete with a barbecue, while to the right a portico furnished with a dining table provides a shaded space for outdoor meals. Adjacent to the portico, a pergola with a dedicated lounge area invites guests to unwind in comfort, and from here a teak solarium leads directly to the swimming pool area. A stone path beside the pool winds around to the rear of the property, where a second stone barbecue offers an additional outdoor cooking option. The green areas alternate between open lawn and terraced garden beds, creating a layered and visually rich landscape. It is worth noting that the property photographs were taken in spring, meaning that the flowering and grass colours may vary depending on the season of your visit.

The swimming pool is situated approximately 20 metres from the main entrance and 10 metres from the pergola. It is an above-ground pool, raised and surrounded by a teak solarium, accessed via 3 steps at the side of the deck. The pool measures 8 x 4 metres with a depth of 1.30 metres, is lined in PVC, and features chlorine purification, internal lighting, and a metal ladder for water access. The pool is non-heated. A solar-powered outdoor hot-water shower is also available in the pool area for guests' convenience.

Unit Layout

Terrazza sulla Valle is configured across 2 floors, connected by both an internal corten steel staircase and an external staircase, and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The main entrance on the ground floor is located beneath the portico and accessed through a sliding glass door. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with television and sofa, a dedicated laundry room, a guest bathroom, and a wellness area reached via 2 steps. This wellness space is equipped with a whirlpool tub, sauna, and emotional shower. Please note that the whirlpool tub is available from the second day of stay to allow for water changes. A dehumidifier is also present on this level.

The first floor, accessible via the internal corten steel staircase or the external staircase, features a living room with an extra sofa bed, a dining and kitchen area equipped for breakfast, and a bathroom with shower. This floor also houses the 2 double bedrooms, 1 of which benefits from an ensuite bathroom with shower. In total, the villa offers 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning is installed in both bedrooms and in the first floor living room, ensuring comfort throughout the warmer months.
