Ascending a flight of steps from here, the second terrace opens onto a lush grass-covered area featuring a dedicated solarium equipped with comfortable sunbeds shaded by a centuries-old plane tree, as well as a barbecue area ideal for outdoor cooking and entertaining. Continuing upward, a further flight of steps leads to a large teak-decked area where the swimming pool and a meditation pond create a serene and contemplative atmosphere. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool measures 3 x 8 metres with a constant depth of 1.30 metres and is equipped with chlorine purification, internal lighting, and an iron ladder for easy water access. A functional solar shower is also available within this area, and comfortable sunbeds are arranged along the pool perimeter for sunbathing in complete tranquillity. Beyond the pool area, the upper terraces are planted with olive and fruit trees and bordered by the ancient chestnut wood, within which a network of hiking paths invites guests to explore the surrounding landscape and discover moments of priceless natural peace.
