The property also features an olive mill within the estate, which may be visited upon request, offering a unique and authentic glimpse into the local agricultural heritage. The centrepiece of the outdoor experience is the stunning infinity swimming pool, heated by solar panels, situated just a few metres from the house on a lower level. The pool features an irregular shape composed of a rectangular section measuring 14 x 6 metres and a semi-circular section with wide steps leading gently into the water. The depth ranges from 40 cm to 2.20 metres, and the pool is lined with blue ceramic tiles with chlorine purification. The surrounding sunbathing terrace is paved in terracotta tiles and is fully equipped with tables, chairs, sunbeds, and umbrellas. Adjacent to the pool, a dedicated annex provides a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, as well as a solarium bed. The pool area is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. On the upper floor, a beautiful panoramic terrace offers yet another exceptional outdoor space from which to admire the surrounding landscape.

On the ground floor, the villa is divided into two distinct wings. The main living area comprises a sitting room, a dining room, and a conservatory, all featuring white beamed ceilings and large, luminous windows that frame spectacular views of the Golfo di Baratti and open directly onto the portico. This area also includes a TV room, a modern fully-equipped hob in the dining area, and a kitchen at the rear, along with 1 bathroom with shower and a laundry corner. Also on the ground floor, a dedicated sleeping area contains 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. Passing through the conservatory and entrance hall, guests reach the south wing, which consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, and a further double bedroom featuring large windows and French windows that open onto the portico, with breathtaking sea views from both rooms. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where a hallway connects to 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a separate bathroom with a hydromassage tub, and 1 double bedroom with large windows and direct access to the panoramic terrace.

Villa Le Cave is a private structure, and all guests are kindly requested to respect the property and its surroundings throughout their stay. Pets must be authorized in advance by the owner, who will require information regarding the number, size, and breed of the animals. A maximum of 1 pet is permitted. It is worth noting that the photographs of the property and gardens were taken in spring; as a result, the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the grass may differ at the time of arrival depending on the season. The weekly rental rate includes utilities such as water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, and electricity, as well as weekly linen service and both initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations set out in the policy terms.
