The property is divided into 2 distinct structures: a main building and a dependance situated approximately 100 meters away, where the owners occasionally reside, ensuring the full privacy of their guests. The expansive, unfenced park enveloping the property provides a generous yard where nature takes center stage. Guests benefit from Wi-Fi internet connectivity throughout their stay, and private parking is available on site, making arrivals and departures entirely convenient.

The non-heated swimming pool is situated approximately 10 meters from the main building and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Rectangular in shape, it measures 4 by 8 meters with a variable depth ranging from 1.10 to 1.80 meters, and is surrounded by a well-maintained lawn and a beautiful oak tree that casts shade over part of the solarium area. Sun loungers are provided for your relaxation.

Pets are welcome at the property; please be aware that an additional mandatory cleaning fee applies for guests traveling with animals.
