The outdoor spaces at Vinciluna are a true extension of the home, thoughtfully designed to make the most of the surrounding natural scenery. The garden, bordered by a broad expanse of olive trees along the entrance side and along the entire perimeter, alternates between lawn areas and paved surfaces, all enhanced with bright, colourful potted plants that add a vibrant touch to the landscape. At the back of the garden, directly in front of the main French window, a large furnished patio provides a generous sitting and dining area where you can savour typical Tuscan delicacies in the open air. From this patio, a short flight of steps leads to a wooden gazebo furnished with a table and chairs, positioned in the pool area and paved in terracotta, offering a charming spot for alfresco meals with views of the surrounding countryside. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 4 x 8 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 metres to 1.80 metres, is lined in light-coloured PVC and features a terracotta border and Roman steps for easy access. Purification is by chlorine. Framed along its perimeter by olive trees and situated on terracing approximately 15 metres from the house, the pool is reached via a paved path or a short flight of steps. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The sunbathing area surrounding the pool is equipped with sunbeds and a solar shower, creating a complete and relaxing outdoor retreat. 2 uncovered parking spaces are available at the entrance to the property, conveniently close to the house. Please be aware that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and the colours of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Weekly linen changes are included in the rental price, along with an initial and final cleaning service. The property also benefits from the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided.
