Outdoors

The grounds of Dalmanuta are a true celebration of the Umbrian landscape, extending across 8,000 square metres of carefully maintained parkland, of which approximately 6,000 are planted with olive trees. The remaining area forms a luxuriant garden that follows the natural slope of the terrain, distributed across 2 distinct terraced levels connected by elegant brick stairways. Stone walls and hedges define the various zones, which are enlivened by maples, oaks, cypresses, roses, broom, and flowering herbs, all beautifully illuminated at night. Please be aware that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you will find upon your arrival at the villa. The upper terrace hosts the parking area and the spectacular infinity pool, while the house sits gracefully on the lower level. The non-heated infinity pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 6 x 12 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.30 metres to 2.30 metres. It features chlorine purification and PVC lining, with access to the water via Roman steps arranged in an original fan shape in one of the corners. The pool is equipped with internal lighting and is open all year round. Surrounding the pool is a generous 100-square-metre solarium area, paved in terracotta and furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, and a large umbrella, as well as a hot outdoor shower. The garden also features 2 covered porches, one connected to the kitchen and one opening from both the dining room and the living room, where you can enjoy alfresco meals and take in the wild, rural scenery of the Umbrian countryside stretching as far as the eye can see. The second is a double bedroom with a divisible bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The third is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower.
