The 2,000-square-meter park features gently sloping terrain, with the house positioned at its highest point and the remaining grounds unfolding below. Scattered throughout are areas equipped for outdoor dining, sunbathing, and leisurely relaxation, including armchairs ideal for an aperitif and comfortable hammocks suspended in the shade of mature trees. A flourishing garden surrounds the property, showcasing an exceptional variety of plant life, from potted flowers and prized English roses to fragrant irises, apple, pear, and fig trees, olive trees, cypresses, oaks, plane trees, large rosemary and lavender bushes, numerous aromatic herbs, and a vegetable garden available for guests to enjoy. Adjacent to the house on the kitchen side, a pergola shelters a large table and chairs, perfect for al fresco meals. A few meters away, a well-appointed masonry structure houses a brick barbecue, a wood-burning oven, and a small refrigerator, creating an ideal outdoor kitchen and entertaining space.

The kidney bean-shaped swimming pool is set lower than the house and can be reached by walking across the gently sloping lawn or descending a few steps from the outdoor dining area. It measures 10.5 x 6.5 meters at its maximum diameter, with a varying depth of 1 to 2 meters, and is lined in PVC with salt-based purification. Access to the pool is via Roman steps. The surrounding 200-square-meter solarium area is paved in porcelain stoneware and furnished with sunbeds. An outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, equipped with an environmentally responsible drainage system, allows the use of soap without impact on the surrounding nature. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The first double bedroom includes a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. This upper level contains a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and a whirlpool tub with chromotherapy, as well as a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in all 4 bedrooms and in the living room on the upper floor.
