Close to the beach, a villa rental in Tuscany for your vacation in Italy. Old farmhouse dating back to the 18th century , situated on a hill nearthe Chioma park with panoramic views on the sea of Tuscany. The villa rental has been divided into 14 apartments which are nicely furnished in a Tuscany rustic style.
Distances: the nice seaside village Castiglioncello with all kinds of shops and train station 3,5 km, Rosignano 6 km, Livorno 20 km, Pisa approx. 40 km. Nice equipped beaches are reachable in a few minutes. The freeway passes nearby the property.
At guests’ disposal: equipped garden, swimming-pool (7 x 16 m – max. depth. 1.7 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) with solarium, barbecue. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: baby bed (€ 30,- / per week) and extra single bed (€ 50,- per week) available on request, payment on the spot. Maid service available by arrangement (to be paid on the spot). Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 50,- / per week (to be paid on the spot).

Les points positifs : très belle maison, grande et bien située (à quelques km -moins de 10- de la mer). Une vue à couper le souffle. Une piscine rien que pour nous. Le personnel très accueillant, à l\'écoute. Les points négatifs : équipement était un peu juste en cuisine (manque de casseroles, de poëlles, de couverts, pas de séchoir à linge). La 3ème chambre (sous les combles) : impossible d\'y dormir car trop chaud et pas de rideau ou store sur une fenêtre, donc trop de lumière très tôt le matin et donc, pas de grasse matinée. Nous avons évoqué ces points à la personne qui nous a accueillis, elle en a bien pris note. Si ces points négatifs sont résolus, c\'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons l\'été prochain.

Wir wollen darauf aufmerksam machen, dass zwar der Hinweis da ist, dass das Haus an einer Schnellstrasse liegt, aber der Lärm gerade in der Nacht ist noch nicht mal bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu ertragen (dann ist es aber übel heiss in der Wohnung). Der Pool ist sauber und die Anlage gross mit Parkplätzen innerhalb der Umzäunung (elektrisches Tor). Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr einfach und bei dem App. 13 für 6 Personen, waren anfänglich nicht gnügend Tassen, Gläser und Teller vorhanden. Auch die Sanitäranlagen lassen zu wünschen übrig. Einfach ist ja ok, aber wenn das Wasser nur in einem schmalen Rinnsal rausläuft und der Duschkopf auch ohne zu tun immer runterfällt, dann ist das nicht in Ordnung. Der Preis in der Nachsaison ist deshalb ok, aber sehr viel mehr würden wir in der Hauptsaision auch nicht für das Objekt bezahlen. Die Entferung zum Meer ist mit 1,5 km angegeben, wenn man die Luftlinie nimmt, dann bestimmt, aber um mit den Kindern an einen Strand zu kommen, sind es schon so 10 bis 15 min. Für Hundebesitzer ohne Ansprüche liegt das Anwesen allerdings super ausserhalb mit viel Grün und Spazierwege drum herum. (September 2010, Tina.

The pool is clean and the complex is big with parking places inside the fence (electric gate). The apartment itself is very simple and in our app. nr. 13 for 6 persons at the arrival there were not enough cups, glasses and plates available. Also the bathrooms leave much to be desired. It is simple ok, but if the water runs out only in a narrow rivulet and the shower head goes on falling down even if untouched, then it is not right. The price in the middle season is ok, but we would not pay very much more for this unit in high season. The distance to the sea is 1.5 km as specified, but it is so if considered in a bee-line, then certainly, but to get the children to a beach, it takes minimum 10 to 15 minutes. Appartementen op zich niets mis mee alhoewel veel te weinig servies en pannen ed aanwezig. Maar het meest absurde is dat dit huis bijna aan de grote weg grenst waardoor slapen met open ramen onmogelijk is.
Constante herrie door voorbijrazend verkeer. Niet echt een ideale plek om even te ontstressen!

We didn't think the property lived up to the description on the internet.
The property was very close to the Highway and we couldn't sleep without the windows shut.It was extremely noisey.
The property was very basic and there were a few things which didn't work properly like the cooker which we had to buy a igniter for.
There were no cleaning items provided and the floor hadn't been swept under the only sofa-bed.
There were not enough chairs to sit on and the toilet roll holder was rusty.
There were not enough chair beds for the pool or sun shades, but the worst thing really was the directions to the property which were completely wrong. IT took us 2 hours to find it following the directions and then we had to ask someone to help us.
