On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious kitchen and dining room, a living room and TV room, a library, and 1 bedroom featuring a king-size bed with a private en-suite bathroom complete with a shower, Turkish bath, and chromotherapy.

On the first floor, the remaining 3 bedrooms are distributed across the level, all offering magnificent views over the surrounding valley. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom features twin beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom with an elegant bathtub. The third bedroom also offers twin beds that can be joined to create a king-size bed, along with a private en-suite shower room.

Outdoors, a covered patio provides a refined space for relaxation, situated conveniently close to the bar area, the kitchen, and a pizza oven. A private swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters is located just beside the house, while an outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi whirlpool is positioned at the rear of the property in an elevated setting, offering sweeping panoramic views of the valley.

Il Podere is situated on the hills south of Lucca, within a private estate accessed via a short graveled road from the nearby village. A well-paved road leads up to the villa, with the exception of the last 300 meters, which consist of a well-maintained and easily navigable dirt road. The nearest restaurant and grocery shops are located 1 km away in the local village. Lucca is 7 km from the property, Pisa airport is 20 km away, Florence airport is approximately 1 hour by car, Siena is around 1 hour and 50 minutes by drive, and Cinque Terre is approximately 1 hour away.

The villa is available all year round with a minimum stay of 1 week. The changeover day is Saturday. Check-in is between 3 PM and 7 PM, and check-out must be completed before 10 AM. Guests are kindly required to carry copies of their passports during their stay.

A refundable security deposit of Euro 1,000 is required upon arrival, to be paid in euro cash, and will be returned upon departure less any damages or unpaid fees. Electricity consumption is included up to 300 KW per week, with any usage beyond this threshold charged at Euro 0.50 per KW. Heating is charged based on actual consumption. Pets may be accepted upon request.

A range of additional services is available upon request, including a chef service that can be arranged on a daily basis, cooking classes, and wine tasting sessions conducted by a professional sommelier. Extra maid service is available at Euro 18 per hour. A cleaning service is performed every Saturday, and for guests staying 2 weeks or more, this service is provided at no additional charge. An emergency contact will be provided at check-in, and assistance is available for a variety of activities including excursions, boat tours, and cooking experiences.
