The upper floor, accessed by an exterior staircase, features an open living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace for decoration only, a dining table, a television with flat screen, and air conditioning. From this level, you have exit access to the balcony. This floor contains two double bedrooms, a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, as well as a shower with bidet and WC. The second upper floor is reached by a steep stair and features rooms with sloping ceilings, including one double bedroom, another double bedroom with one double sofabed, and one room with 2 beds, plus an additional bathroom. You will also have access to a 5 square meter balcony, a roofed patio, and a terrace with beautiful distant views of the countryside. Please note there is no heating option available in this property.
