Check-in and check-out arrangements follow the weekly Saturday to Saturday schedule. The villa welcomes dogs at an additional weekly fee per animal. The property enforces a water consumption policy whereby, in case of water shortage issues in the area, a limit may be established for consumption included in the rental price, with usage beyond this threshold charged at 5 euros per cubic meter to discourage wastage while ensuring sufficient water for normal holiday needs.
