Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the sea ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of shopping. A real benefit of renting a home, instead of multiple hotel rooms, is the ability to relax after a busy day of sightseeing with family and friends. Enjoy a meal together along with some local wine to finish the day. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a hot tub and barbecue grill. If you want to leave this cosy wellness oasis, you can visit the white sandy beaches of Versilia or play a round of golf or tennis, also in Forte Dei Marmi. Forte dei Marmi is a real hotspot with international boutiques, authentic restaurants and bars that invite you to socialise in the evenings. The weekly market (Wednesday and Sunday) is also highly recommended.
The immediate surroundings are ideal for walks or cycle tours.
The marble quarries in Carrara and the art cities of Tuscany can be reached quickly and easily.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
