Residence Marino is a beautiful stone building with a total of ten private units that is conveniently located 1 km (3590 ft) from Carbonile, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 42 km (26 mi) from Florence. Residence Marino, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet and shared pool.
Marino 3 (54sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to four people.
If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four guests.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
