Il Cantuccio is a beautiful stone building having a total of two separate apartments that is conveniently located 2 km (1 mi) from Loppeglia-fiano, Italy and only 21 km (13 mi) from Lucca. Il Cantuccio, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet.
Il Cantuccio 1 (80sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on two levels and can sleep up to two guests.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
