TOURIST TAX

HEATED POOL
The swimming pool can be heated on request at extra charge of € 750 per week. It takes a few days to heat the pool therefore we ask you to let us know in advance if you would like the pool to be heated for your arrival. The extra cost must be requested before your arrival.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Price Match
Fijn ruim huis met grote tuin en op toplocatie. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijke relax vakantie: de schoonmaak service is fantastisch en de ligging van het huis is top. Rustig gelegen maar op korte afstand van supermarkten, Lucca en andere bezienswaardigheden. Het poolbiljart in de kelder is een bonus!
Met hele kleine kinderen die net kunnen lopen is het wel opletten met de trappen in het huis, het zwembad en de ondergrondse putten achter het huis. Een hekje zou fijn zijn.
Nadeel van het zwembad is dat het overal even diep is en er alleen een zwemtrapje is. Je loopt er dus niet even makkelijk in en met een peuter/kleuter is dat niet altijd even handig.
De master badkamer kan wel een kleine upgrade gebruiken voor deze prijscategorie. Douchen met een douchegordijn voelt niet bepaald luxe en er is weinig ruimte om spullen neer te zetten.
