On the lower ground floor, a third double bedroom is accompanied by a living room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, which is purely decorative in nature. This floor also provides direct access to the swimming pool and includes a separate WC.

The upper floor, reached via a spiral staircase, houses the fourth double bedroom, which features sloping ceilings and air conditioning. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
