Description
Residenza D'epoca is a lovely stone building having a total of five separate units that is conveniently located in the centre of Lucignano, Italy in the tourist area "Orcia Valley" and only 24 km (15 mi) from Montepulciano. Residenza D'epoca, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, air conditioning and pool.
The Duke is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to two people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
There is a kitchen including coffee machine and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to two guests.
The main entrance to the unit is on floor 2.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
