Property Description

The villa stands in a sunny, panoramic position above the village of Botrici, accessible via a narrow but comfortable asphalt road.

The beach is at about 12km.

You drive through a gate directly into the park, where 6 covered parking spaces are waiting for the guests.

The holiday villa was professionally restored, stairs and floors, as well as terraces, the marble from Carrara was used, which is extracted almost around the corner from the marble quarries.

The garden is beautifully laid out, many Mediterranean plants that are not only pleasing to the eye, they also release beautiful aroma mixtures.

In the middle with a great sea view is the private pool (16 x 8m) with loungers and parasols.

The tennis court with artificial grass is a little lower.

In front of the house a covered terrace with the possibility to dine outside, the part behind is a former chapel, which consists of a single open space and is used as a breakfast and relaxation room, piano and espresso machine and Fridge are available.

Interior Description

Through the main entrance or from the back of the former chapel you can get into the villa.

Ground floor: Fully and well equipped kitchen with pantry - fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, oven) dining area, living area with fireplace and guest toilet. Back access to the former chapel.

1st floor - 4 bedrooms (three with double beds, one with 2 beds) each with its own bathroom.

Baby cot (up to 3 years) and high chair on request.

Included in the price: bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, pool towels, cleaning and change 1x per week, final cleaning,
Consumption of electricity, water and gas, use of high chair and cot.
Extra cleaning can be arranged for a fee.

Next to the vacation property is a separate annex with 4 apartments called Leichte Brise Apartments.
Under certain circumstances, some of this can be booked together with Villa if required.
In contrast to others, these guests would have the possibility of direct access to the garden and pool.
