You will be staying in Bataba, a charming 4-room house that covers a total area of 120 m2. The house is comfortably furnished and designed to provide a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, which is for decoration purposes only, a dining table, satellite TV, flat screen, hi-fi system, and air conditioning. This room also has an exit leading to the terrace, offering breathtaking views of the countryside and the forest.

Bataba has three bedrooms, each with its distinct character. The first bedroom has a French bed (160 cm) and an additional sleeping facility, while the second bedroom also has a French bed (160 cm). The third bedroom is equipped with a bed (115 cm). The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Additionally, the house has a shower/WC.

Amenities Included
The vacation home is heated (extra cost) and comes with a roofed terrace. The terrace is furnished with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and three deck chairs. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
