The main house is a two-story structure covering approximately 130 m² and comprises 3 rooms. On the ground floor, you will find a living room and bedroom combination featuring a double sofa bed, with direct access to the outside and an open transition to the dining area, which seats 8 people and is complemented by a fireplace. The dining area flows naturally into a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combination, and a coffee capsule machine. A shower and toilet are also located on this floor. On the first floor of the main house, 2 bedrooms await. The first bedroom features a double bed measuring 1.60 m wide, while the second bedroom offers a double bed measuring 1.60 m wide and a single bed measuring 0.80 m wide, along with a washbasin. This second bedroom also provides access to the outside via a small loggia and an external staircase. A shower and toilet are available on this floor as well.

The adjacent house spans approximately 35 m² across 2 floors. On its ground floor, you will find a living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchenette equipped with a four-burner stove and a refrigerator, along with a shower and toilet. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where a bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.50 m wide is located, with access to the outside via an external staircase.

The garden house is a one-room building of approximately 25 m², featuring a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed, a dining area, and a kitchenette with 2 burners and a refrigerator. A shower and toilet are also included within this building.

The pool house is the largest of the outbuildings at approximately 70 m², and features a living room with a sofa, a play and TV area, a billiards table, a dining table, and a kitchenette equipped with 5 burners, an electric grill, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer combination, a coffee capsule machine, and a kettle.
