Two additional rooms are located on this level, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm. Another shower/bidet/WC is available for your convenience. The house is heated with gas heating, and it offers a small balcony and a large, roofed terrace (25 m2) with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 14 deck chairs, providing a beautiful panoramic view of the valley, the countryside, the forest, and Val d'Arno.
