- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Le point faible est l'appartement qui est très mal équipé. Le balcon n'a pas de table ni de parasol. Une partie du mobilier est à peine utilisable tant il est vieux.
