A separate living and sleeping room on this level is furnished with 1 sofabed and a dining table, and provides direct access to the patio. The ground floor also houses 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm and features its own shower and WC. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds of 80 cm each and also includes a private shower and WC. The third bedroom offers a combination of 1 single bed (80 cm) and 1 double bed (160 cm), with a direct exit to the patio. An open kitchen on this level is fully fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC, as well as heating, are also available on the ground floor.

The upper floor features an additional living and sleeping area with a dining table and satellite TV, along with access to the patio. The gallery space, which has characteristic sloping ceilings, accommodates 2 single beds (80 cm) and 1 double bed (160 cm). A second open kitchen on this floor is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This level also includes a shower and WC, heating, air conditioning, and a box room for additional storage. It is important to note that 2 of the bedrooms are only accessible from the outside, and there is no internal connecting door between the separated areas of the property.

When reserving this property, guests are booking the entire house in its entirety, ensuring complete privacy for the duration of their stay. A maximum of 2 pets or dogs are permitted, subject to the property's pet policy.
