Adjacent to the living area, you will find 1 bedroom with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a dishwasher, and includes a dining table as well as a direct exit to the garden. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities.

On the upper level, an open walk-through room features a double sofabed, leading to an interconnecting room with 2 single beds. A further bedroom with a double bed is also located on this floor, along with a second shower and WC. The upper level opens onto a roofed terrace that connects to a large terrace of 50 square meters, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs and offering a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding area.
