In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Tout était parfait à une exception: en effet l'adresse pour se rendre à la villa ne correspond pas du tout lorsque l'on renseigne le GPS. Nous avons mis 1h30mn pour trouver et appelé 3 fois la propriétaire. Sinon la villa est magnifique, l'accueil parfait et le site très bien placé.

Very good Villa that could be better with some improvements. No air conditioning w meant it was difficult to sleep at night. It would also benefit from having a hand rail along the stairs.
