The living/dining room has an open-hearth fireplace, which is only for decoration purposes. There is a dining table, satellite TV, CD-player, and hi-fi system present in the room. The living room also has an exit to the terrace.

The house has 3 bedrooms, and one of them has a double bed. This room also has an exit to the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 beds, and the third small room also has 2 beds. The house has an open kitchen that is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a shower/WC. There is also a separate WC present in the house.
