The 'Filicaia' is a stunning, spacious 6-room house that spans across two levels, featuring antique and stylish furnishings. On the ground floor, you will find a large entrance hall leading to an open living room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, as well as an exit to the terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The house also boasts a large dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and an exit to the loggia, which leads to the swimming pool. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for a coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, as well as a separate WC. Upstairs, you will find four spacious bedrooms, including three double bedrooms and one double bedroom, as well as two showers/bidet/WC. Please note that while there is no heating option, the house features natural stone floors to help regulate the temperature.
